3. Products and Digital Downloads

All products sold are digital/downloadable files (“Printables”).
No physical products are shipped.

Descriptions, prices, and product details on the site are provided in good faith — we aim to ensure accuracy, but typographical errors may occur.

4. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a printable, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file as set out below:

You may use the files for:

• Personal use (e.g., home printing)

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original digital file

• Upload or distribute the file on third-party sites

• Claim the design as your own

• Use files for unlawful purposes

All intellectual property rights remain with The MotherHOOD.

5. Price, Taxes & Billing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Canadian customers may be required to pay applicable GST/HST on digital products as required by Canadian tax law. It’s your responsibility to understand your local tax obligations.

6. Payment

We use third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal) to process payments. By purchasing, you agree to their terms in addition to ours.

We do not store your full payment details.

7. Delivery & Download Access

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be provided with access to download the purchased files.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have compatible software and devices to open the files.

We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (e.g., printer or software incompatibility).

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Because downloadable files are intangible and delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download is accessed.
No refunds or cancellations will be provided after delivery.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, contact us with details so we can assist.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and use personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and related provincial privacy laws.
